What possibilities will you open yourself up to?

Openness is the ability to open our hearts and minds. In order to grow and change, we must figure out how to open ourselves to all that is good. Today, let’s set an intention to open ourselves up to possibilities.

What possibilities will you open yourself up to?
Quote about openness by C. Joybell C.

Hello Thrivers:

The month of April is upon us, ushering in early spring and the energy of rebirth, rejuvenation, renewal and resurrection. This year, observants of three of the world’s largest religions mark Ramadan, Easter, and Passover in early spring. Each tradition – in its own way – invites its followers to contemplate possibility, learning, growth, change, and openness.

Openness is the ability to open our hearts and minds to new ideas, experiences, people and the world.

It means being receptive to new possibilities. It is a willingness to embrace the unknown, the unfamiliar, and even the bizarre. It’s the ability to set aside our attachment to a specific outcome and go with the flow. In order to grow and change, we must figure out how to open ourselves to all that is good.

I’m sure you won’t be surprised to learn that people with high levels of openness also have high levels of well-being. While it’s true that each of us is wired at birth with a personality that’s more or less open, it’s also true that we can influence our levels of openness through practice.

Let us start the process of growing and changing.

Today, let us begin to open ourselves up to possibilities.

Till next time,

Be Well.
