The Thrivers Collective is a whole-person, health and well-being community and online private members club.

We make it easy for women over 35 to be happy, healthy, and energized in midlife.

Our members are curious, intentional individuals who want to live well, travel thoughtfully, and thrive from the inside out.

We believe that thriving in life is the journey, a good life is the destination, and high levels of health and well-being are the fuel you need along the way. 

Our mission is to help you live a good life. Our goal is to help you thrive along the way.

How we're different

We make feeling happy, healthy, and energized easy, low-stress, and guilt-free

Midlife is a time when a woman's body and mind are changing - and not always in ways we like. Old aches and pains can become worse and new aches and pains suddenly appear. The demands of work, family responsibilities for children, aging parents and life partners, financial pressures and the changes that come with perimenopause and menopause, create the perfect storm.

It's no wonder women in midlife often feel overwhelmed, stressed out, and constantly tired. You don't have time to do everything you need to do; you feel like you don't have time for yourself; your health and well-being get neglected.

When you try to get back on track, because you're time-strapped, you opt for quick and easy fixes. The problem is they don't work. 

The principles of thriving are simple - we have good evidence about what works - but our modern life makes them difficult to implement. That's where we can help. 

At The Thrivers Collective, we support you to make realistic goals and take small, sustainable steps over the long-run to become happy, healthy, and energized in a supportive, low-stress, guilt-free environment.

We look at the whole person

While other clubs and communities focus on one small, narrow aspect of health or well-being, we know how important it is to look at the whole person. We take a 360 degree approach to helping you thrive and live a good life. 

That's why everything we do - whether it's a challenge, quest, membership, or program - is designed to help you cultivate habits, skills, strategies, practices, and mindsets from our 8 pillars of thriving and incorporate them into your daily life.

We make face-to-face connection easy

We have good evidence that positive relationships help us live longer, happier, healthier lives. That's why, CONNECTION is one of our 8 pillars of thriving.

When you become a member of The Thrivers Collective, you get a chance to join our LIVE virtual group lifestyle coaching, nutrition education, and personal training sessions and classes, giving you valuable face-to-face time with our health and well-being team and other members of the Collective who are on a journey to restore their health and well-being, just like you.

We travel and see the world together

With our retreats and group holidays, we go even further by giving members of the Collective a chance to meet each other face-to-face and have shared experiences of fun, exploration, relaxation, rejuvenation, and self-reflection through life-enhancing travel across the globe. It's all part of living a good life!
