The Thrivers Collective is an online, whole-person, health and well-being club and private members community.
We help women over 35 make lifelong improvements to their health and well-being during The Change so they can be happy, healthy, strong, and energized in midlife.
We believe that thriving in midlife is the journey, a good life is the destination, and high levels of health and well-being are the fuel you need along the way.
Our mission is to help you live a good life as you go through The Change - from premenopause to perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause.
Our goal is to help you thrive along the journey.
Our members are curious, intentional women who want to live well and thrive from the inside out.

Midlife is a time when a woman's body and mind are changing - that's why it's called The Change - and not always in ways we like. Old aches and pains can become worse and new aches and pains suddenly appear. The demands of work, family responsibilities for children and life partners, caring for aging parents, financial pressures and the changes that come with perimenopause, menopause and postmenopause, create the perfect storm.
It's no wonder women in midlife often feel overwhelmed, stressed out, and constantly tired. You don't have time to do everything you need to do; you feel like you don't have time for yourself; your health and well-being get neglected.
When you try to get back on track, because you're time-strapped, you opt for quick fixes and shortcuts. The problem is they don't work.
The principles of thriving are simple - we have good evidence about what works - but our modern life makes them difficult to implement. That's where we can help.
At The Thrivers Collective, we support you to make realistic goals and take small, sustainable steps over the long-run to become happy, healthy, and energized in midlife in a supportive, low-stress, guilt-free environment.

👉 We look at the whole person

While other clubs and communities focus on one small, narrow aspect of health or well-being, we know how important it is to look at the whole person.
We take a 360 degree approach to helping you thrive and live a good life in midlife.
That's why our membership and programs are designed to help you cultivate habits, skills, strategies, practices, and mindsets from our 8 pillars of thriving and incorporate them into your daily life.
Moreover, our memberships and programs are led by fully certified and accredited health and well-being professionals, including a health and well-being coach, lifestyle medicine coach, yoga instructor, stretch therapist, group fitness instructor and personal trainer, who can guide you through the mind, body, and other improvements you want to make during this phase of life.
👉 We believe in the 1% principle of change

We know that we should get 150-300 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise every week and strength train at least two times. Yet, only 25% of us reach this physical activity goal. Because we can't reach this goal, many of us do nothing. That's how many of us enter the perimenopausal and postmenopausal phase of life with very little movement in our lives.
The thing is that being sedentary isn't great during any phase of life. But being sedentary in midlife might leave you with more severe symptoms during perimenopause, a higher risk of heart disease, and worse bone health.
So, what's the solution? How do women in midlife get more movement in their lives? We think we have the answer: The 1% principle of change.
1% of each day is just 15 minutes. No matter how busy we are, each of us can find 15 minutes in each day to do SOMETHING to improve our health and well-being.
That's why we've designed our memberships and programs with many lifestyle recommendations and trainings that are packed with things you can do and small changes you can make in just 15 minutes per day.
By doing the right things 15 minutes per day, most days, over the course of weeks, months, and years, you'll see real, sustainable changes to your health and well-being.

There's a lot of information and misinformation out there about health and well-being, and especially about The Change from perimenopause, menopause and to postmenopause. Every day there's a new wellness fad, popular trend, quick fix or revolutionary solution. The thing they all have in common is that they lack scientific evidence or long-term sustainability.
That's not what we're about. Although this area - like most areas of women's health - is unfortunately under-researched, there is good evidence about what works and what doesn't.
At Thrivers Collective, we steer clear of the bullshit. Instead, we translate scientific evidence into practical solutions that will have a real effect on your health and well-being and help you to be happy, healthy, strong, and energized in midlife.

We have good evidence that positive relationships help us live longer, happier, healthier lives. That's why, CONNECTION is one of our 8 pillars of thriving.
When you become a member of The Thrivers Collective, you get a chance to join our monthly virtual Member Hive sessions, where you'll get valuable face-to-face time with our health and well-being team for coaching, support, guidance, and actionable insights and to be guided through movement practices - like workouts, training, and stretching.
You'll also get a chance to connect with other members of the Thrivers Collective who are on a journey to restore their health and well-being, just like you.

With our retreats and group holidays, we go even further by giving members of the Collective a chance to meet each other face-to-face and have shared experiences of fun, exploration, relaxation, rejuvenation, and self-reflection through life-enhancing travel across the globe. It's all part of living a good life!
