Midlife and the changes women experience during perimenopause and postmenopause are completely natural. While this time of life can be hugely challenging, it's also a golden opportunity to make positive, lifelong improvements to our health and well-being.

Our mission at Thrivers Collective is to help you make those improvements so you can live a good life during The Change from premenopause to perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause. Our goal is to help you thrive along the journey.

we help you set intentions at least once a year and reflect on your life regularly to make sure you're living in alignment.

we help you set realistic health and well-being goals and stick with them when things get challenging. Our online portal and mobile app make tracking your progress simple and easy. With lifestyle coaching, workouts, training and healthy eating educational materials, our health and well-being team support you with gentle, non-judgmental accountability. Virtual member sessions and in-real-life travel opportunities give you valuable face-to-face time with like-minded members of the Thrivers Collective who are also on a journey to be their best selves in midlife.

3. E - Experimentation & Exploration

the quests we share each month are mini experiments to help you shift your perspective, and introduce you to different ways of thinking, feeling, and doing. On our retreats and group holidays, you get the chance to take thriving on the road and experience health, well-being, and the good life in new ways.

4. C - Connection

when it comes to living a good life, connection is the one of the most important factors. The practices we share help you connect with yourself, others, and nature. Our retreats and group holidays give you a chance to meet other members of the Collective face-to-face and have shared experiences of fun, exploration, relaxation, rejuvenation, and self-reflection. 

5. R - Rejuvenation

we help you set and achieve goals around rest, relaxation, sleep and restoration so you can tackle overwhelm, stress, and fatigue, and feel happier, healthier, and more energized.

6. E - Eating & Food

with recipes, meal planning guides, and healthy eating educational material, we help you eat well and nourish yourself.

7. A - Activity and Movement

yoga, workouts, group training, and stretching sessions led by our team help you increase your level of physical activity and move your body in ways that feel good.

8. M - Mindfulness, Adaptability, & Acceptance

we help you tune into yourself so you're aware of what's going on with you physically, mentally, spiritually, emotionally. We help you adapt and adjust your goals when things get hard and share practices to help you be kind and compassionate to yourself and embrace where you are on your thriver's journey.
