A Thrivers Collective membership empowers women over 35 to set realistic goals and take small, sustainable steps over the long-run to become happy, healthy and energized in mid-life.

A Thrivers Collective membership gives you access to a supportive, low-stress, non-judgmental environment where you can cultivate the habits, strategies, mindsets, and practices to be well and thrive in midlife.

Everything we do is grounded by our belief that we can all be Thrivers when we get the right support.


👉 Who is it for?

Thrivers Collective members are curious, intentional women who are committed to being happy, healthy, and energized in midlife.

Our memberships are ideal for women in their late 30s, 40s, 50s, and early 60s looking for a gentle, non-judgmental, whole-person approach to living a good life.

Most importantly, our members are women who value the advice and guidance of trained health and well-being professionals, and the support and community of other women who are also on a journey to elevate their health and well-being and thrive in midlife.

At the heart of every Thrivers Collective membership are:


A Quest is a carefully curated series of habits, strategies, mindsets, and practices you can experiment with for 7 - 30 days to help you feel happy, healthy and energized. 

We run a new member Quest every month 📆 , making it easy for you to do something every month - no matter how small - to make progress toward your goal of being happy, healthy, and energized in midlife.

Hive XPs (Hive Experiences) are where our members come together either for a single session or on a regular basis for a particular purpose or to dive deeper into a theme, topic, or area of interest.
